Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and AI credit packs purchased through Mozen. Mozen's international payments, subscription management, tax calculation, billing, and receipts are currently handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record; the actual charges, taxes, payment records, and refund execution may also be governed by Paddle's terms and applicable law.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Mozen subscriptions include a 7-day free trial that requires a credit card and auto-renews after the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends or within any billing cycle. After cancellation, your subscription typically stops renewing at the end of the current paid period; if you cancel before the free trial ends, you will not be charged for a paid renewal.
3. Refund Principles
Your statutory refund rights are not limited by this policy. Except where required by law, provided otherwise by Paddle's policies, or expressly agreed by Mozen, digital services that have already been delivered, used, or consumed are generally not eligible for unconditional refunds. For duplicate charges, erroneous charges, serious technical failures that prevent use, or entitlements that were not correctly granted after payment, we will help investigate and process a refund or re-grant as appropriate.
4. AI Credit Packs
AI credit packs are on-demand digital entitlements. Orders that are unused and meet Paddle's or applicable legal requirements may be submitted for refund review; credits that have already been consumed, or that have already incurred model-invocation cost, are generally not refundable at face value. If a system error causes credits to be wrongly deducted or entitlements not to be granted, we will prioritize correction and process a refund if necessary.
5. How to Request a Refund
You can submit a refund request through the order-management entry in your Paddle receipt, Paddle's buyer support, or by emailing [email protected]. To help us process it, please include your registered email, order number, payment time, purchased item, and reason for the refund. We review based on order status, usage, Paddle's rules, and applicable law.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact us first or use Paddle's official channels. Initiating a chargeback directly may interrupt your subscription, suspend account entitlements, and trigger additional dispute-handling procedures.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy based on product, payment-platform, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be announced via the website, in-app notifications, or email. The updated policy applies to new orders placed after it takes effect.
